In this case it is "What in the world are they doing"

We all know that a number of airlines charge extra for each piece of luggage, including your carry on luggage.
To add fuel to the fire (so to speak), the same airline is proposing another charge.
"For customers of the airline, it appears even going to the bathroom will cost extra. Starting within several months, the airline will begin charging up to one pound, or 1 euro, for the use of the on-board airplane lavatory. In a controversial move, Ryanair has begun negotiations with Boeing, the airplane manufacturers, to lower the number of lavatories on the plane from the typical three down to just a single bathroom for up to 189 passengers."

O Jesus, Who by reason of Thy burning love for us
hast willed to be crucified
and to shed Thy Most Precious Blood
for the redemption and salvation of our souls,
look down upon us here gathered together

fully trusting in Thy mercy;
cleanse us from sin by Thy grace,
sanctify our toil, give unto us and unto all those who are dear to us our daily bread, sweeten our sufferings,
bless our families, and to the nations so sorely afflicted,
grant Thy peace, which is the only true peace,
so that by obeying Thy commandments
we may come at last to the glory of heaven.
